APPLE ALMOND CRUNCH BREAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped apples

BREAD:

1 pkg. apple cinnamon bread mix
1/2 c. apple
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix together filling ingredients; set aside.

To bread mix, add apple, egg, oil, water and almond extract.

Pour 1/2 batter in pans (loaf pans). Fill each pan with filling mix and then remaining batter. Bake 350 degrees for 70 to 85 minutes. (2 loaves.)

TOPPING:

1/4 c. almonds
2 tbsp. apple jelly

Melt jelly on top and sprinkle with almonds.
