APPLE CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1 egg
1 box white cake mix
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. apples, peeled and diced
1/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
Cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add egg, cake mix, salt, and flour. Mix well. Let rise until double in bulk. Combine sugar and apples. Divide dough in half and roll to 1/4 inch thickness on floured board. Spread with melted butter; cover with 1/2 of apple mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll as a jelly roll. Place in greased loaf pan. Let rise. Bake at 325 degrees until done. Makes 2 loaves.
