CAPE COD FREEZE 
2/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon cardamom seed (optional)
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Combine fruit juices, peel and sugar. Whip cream until stiff; fold juices into whipped cream.

Pour into ice cream freezer or freeze in a tightly covered metal or plastic container in the the freezer; stir or shake once or twice when half frozen.

Makes 4 servings.
