PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. box pasta noodles
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped carrot
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 pepperoni stick
Parmesan cheese

Boil noodles as directed on the box - drain. Cut up vegetables and put in bowl. Pour noodles over vegetables and stir. Pour Italian dressing over noodles and vegetables. Stir. Refrigerate.

Best if made and set overnight. Before you serve, add pepperoni and Parmesan cheese. Stir. May need to add a little more dressing.
