BAKED CREOLE CORN (FOR 25) | |
2 lbs. cream style corn 24 oz. whole kernel corn 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped pimento 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine ingredients in the order listed. Pour into a buttered baking dish, and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. |
