2 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
3 c. apples (approximately 3 apples)
1 c. nuts

Stir ingredients in bowl with a spoon. Spread into an oblong cake pan and cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees (no need to grease the pan).
