CHERRY TARTS 
2 lg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 pkg. (48, 2 inch) foil lined baking cups
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg. Place vanilla wafers flat side down in small foil cups. Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto wafer. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and top with pie filling. Note: Try to set wafers the size of the baking cups to avoid trimming.
