MANDARIN SALAD 
2 c. tiny marshmallows
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. coconut, shredded, if desired

Put marshmallows and coconut in bowl. Put drained fruit on top. Refrigerate overnight. Add 1 pint sour cream to rest - mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
