MANDARIN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in sherbet. Add orange segments. Pour into a ring shaped mold or a 10 x 12 inch casserole. Refrigerate until firm.

FILLING OR TOPPING:

1/2 c. whipping cream

Whip cream and add:

1 sm. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. mini marshmallows

If using a mold fill center with filling. If using a 10 x 12 inch dish, put a scoop on top of each piece. Serves 8-10.
