CREAM OF BROCCOLI - CRAB SOUP 
1 (6-8 oz.) pkg. frozen crab OR
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain and slice crab. Cook broccoli. Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour; add milk and half-and-half, stir. Cook until thick and smooth. Dissolve bouillon into soup. Add seasonings, crab, and broccoli. Heat thoroughly. Yield 4-6 servings.
