BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. rice, uncooked (Minute Rice)
4 chicken breast (boneless & skinned)
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. water

Place rice in lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Arrange chicken on top. Combine soup, melted butter and water. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
