CHICKEN AND STUFFING BAKE 
1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix
1/2 c. each chopped carrot, celery, onion
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
6 skinless chicken breasts

Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box adding vegetables. In 2 or 3 quart baking dish arrange stuffing across center. Spoon a little soup mixture in casserole on each side of stuffing, arrange chicken over soup, sprinkle with paprika. Pour rest of soup mixture over chicken. Cover with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes more or until done.
