BACON/CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can mushroom soup
Boned chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
Bacon

Cut chicken breasts in half. Roll with slice of bacon and put in baking dish. Add soup and sour cream and bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

Delish!!! ...I modified the recipe though.
I used pre-seasoned chicken breasts - Trader Joe's Pollo Asado Autentico, uncured Apple Smoked Bacon and condensed cream of Portabella Mushroom soup. Instead of sour cream I used healthier all natual low fat Fage brand 2% Yogurt.

YUMMY! I've baked chicken in Cream of Mushroom soup before, but the addition of the bacon made it SO MUCH better. I added some left over mushrooms and an extra can of soup to serve the sauce over rice.
