CHRISTMAS JELLY 
1 orange
1 lemon
1 lime
2/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. tomato juice (preferably fresh tomatoes cooked & strained)
1 pkg. Sure Jell fruit pectin
4 c. sugar

Slice fruit very thin. Add water, mace and nutmeg. Cook until fruit is tender. Add tomato juice. Add Sure Jell and bring to rolling boil. Add sugar and boil hard for 5 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and seal.
