SHRIMP AND LIMA BEAN SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans (or 2 c. cooked limas or can limas)
3/4 lb. fresh cooked shrimp (or 2-6 oz. cans shrimp)
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tbsp. instant toasted onions
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/4 tsp. salad herbs
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. med. grind black pepper
1/4 c. basil white wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Sliced black olives and radishes

Drain beans and combine with shrimp, celery, toasted onions and pimiento. Crush salad herb and sprinkle over salad.

Combine Beau Monde, paprika, pepper and vinegar in ajar. Shake until blended.

Add oil and shake again. Pour just enough dressing over salad to moisten well.

Toss gently with fork to mix thoroughly.

Chill well and garnish with olives and radishes. Makes 6 servings.
