VEGETABLE CHEESE SOUP 
4 c. water
1 lb. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cans celery soup
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Add vegetables to water in large saucepan. Cook until tender. Add cheese, celery soup and bouillon cubes. Simmer until cheese soup and bouillon are thoroughly combined. Enjoy!
