1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
