SIMPLE SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix oil and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat and cool. 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. diced celery 1 c. diced green pepper 1 c. sugar

Mix all vegetables and sugar together in large bowl. Pour cooled salad oil and vinegar mixture over vegetables and toss all together. Refrigerate. Serves 10 people.
