NO FAIL PRIME RIB 
This method of roasting guarantees medium rare beef.

Divide the weight of the rib roast by 2. Multiply the answer by 15 minutes. The answer from this calculation is the amount of time to cook.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roast for time determined. Leave in oven all day; DON'T OPEN OVEN DOOR!! Reheat roast 30 minutes before serving at 350 degrees.
