CORN CASSEROLE | |
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained 16 oz. can cream style corn 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 tsp. sugar 8 oz. sour cream 2 eggs 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Combine all ingredients except cheese. Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes. Stir, sprinkle on cheese and bake for 20 more minutes. |
