VEGETABLE BARS | |
2 pkgs. refrigerator crescent roll dough 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. dry ranch-style dressing mix 1 c. chopped fresh broccoli 1 c. chopped fresh cauliflower 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Unroll roll dough. Place on greased 10 x 15 inch baking pan, pressing edges and perforations to seal. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Combine cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in bowl; mix well. Spread on crust. Sprinkle with chopped vegetables and shredded cheese. Cut into bars. Yield: 3 dozen bars. Substitute fresh vegetables of your choice. |
