2 cans crescent rolls 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch original dressing mix 1 c. chopped cauliflower 1 c. chopped broccoli 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. grated cheese Press crescent rolls into a jelly roll pan (or a cookie sheet with sides could be used). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Cool. Mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch original dressing mix together. Mix vegetables together and add half to the cream cheese mix. Spread evenly over the browned rolls. Sprinkle remaining vegetables on top and press gently with fingers. Finish off with the grated cheese. Cut into bars - yield: at least 24 bars. |
