CAVATINI 
1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1/2 onion, diced
1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. pasta (3/4 c. of 2 different types; ex: shell macaroni, manicotti)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage and onions and drain. Cook pasta and drain. Mix all ingredients together except cheeses. Pour 1/2 of mixture into casserole dish, top with 1/2 of cheese mixture. Pour remaining portion of mixture and top with remainder of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
