TEXAS CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cubes butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. Hershey cocoa powder

FROSTING:

1 cube butter
5-6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar

Mix together flour, eggs, sugar, sour cream, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Set aside.

In saucepan mix together the water, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Add to above mixture while hot. Cream well and pour into a greased cookie sheet (approximately 11x17x1). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost cake while warm.

Frosting: In a saucepan add the butter, milk and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost cake. 18 servings.

Optional: Chopped walnuts on top (2 cups).
