2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk or buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into greased oblong pan and bake t 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread while cake is hot.
