TEXAS CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix sugar and flour; set aside. Mix butter, water, oil and cocoa in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute, mix with flour mixture. Beat eggs and add, along with the nuts. Mix buttermilk, vanilla and soda; add to the mixture. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute. Pour over hot cake.
