CREAMY CORN RECIPE 
4 c. or 2 cans corn
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chives
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. mustard

Drain corn, add sour cream, butter and seasoning. Stir. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Garnish with parsley or green pepper rings.
