EASY APPLE CRISP 
8 to 10 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Rice Krispies

Place apples in a large pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar; add water. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter and Rice Krispies. Mix well and pat over the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes depending on softness of apples. (If apples are tart, additional sugar may be needed.)
