SAUSAGE & CHEESE BAKE 
8 oz. can crescent rolls
8 oz. brown & serve sausage, thawed & sliced
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
5 lg. eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Press crescent rolls into ungreased 9"x13" pan, up 1/2" on side to form crust. Then layer meat, mushrooms, cheese and peppers. Mix remaining ingredients (eggs, milk, salt and pepper). Pour over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
