CREAMY LEMON CHEESE CAKE | |
1 pkg. pudding lemon cake mix 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs Measure 1 cup dry cake mix; set aside. Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil. Press in the bottom of a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine reserved mix, 2 egg and remaining ingredients. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars. |
