FRENCH DIP SANDWICHES 
1 lean beef roast (3 to 4 lbs.)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
Hard rolls

Place beef in slow cooker or Dutch oven. Combine soy sauce, bouillon and spices, pour over roast. Add enough water to almost cover and cook over low heat, 10 to 12 hours or until meat is very tender. Remove meat and reserve broth. Shred meat with fork and serve on hard rolls. Spoon on broth, if desired.
