EASIEST FRENCH DIP SANDWICHES 
3 lbs. sliced deli roast beef (pre-cooked)
2 - 8 oz. bottle of Johnny's Au jus Concentrate or
2 pkgs. Au jus gravy mix
8 oz. shredded Swiss or provolone cheese
6 sliced French Rolls

In a large sauce pan, prepare Au jus. (Add water according to package. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Add sliced roast beef. Simmer meat for about 10 minutes. Place 1 1/2 oz. of cheese in french roll and top 1/2 lb. of roast beef directly from sauce pan. (The roast beef will saturate the roll and melt the cheese) Serve Au jus from sauce pan in a ramekin or small bowl.

Makes 6 sandwiches.

If you will make one slice from lg. onion, push rings out of
onion, place this in the Au Jus and simmer until the onion is
limp......then add roast beef......follow directions until point where roast beef is placed on Sub roll.....place cheese on top of beef....then add some of the sliced onion on top of
cheese......dip each bite into the Au Jus before eating....
