1 head cauliflower 1 to 2 tbsp. butter (depends on taste) 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder (depends on taste) 1. Boil cauliflower until soft, let cool. 2. Melt butter in a wok or a frying pan. 3. Cut up cauliflower into bite size pieces and add into melted butter. 4. Sprinkle with curry powder and cook until golden brown. Please remember that the amounts of ingredients vary upon taste. After all, you are the creator of your meal. |
