2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 chopped avocado
1 c. cherry tomato halves
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Lettuce
Thousand Island reduced calorie dressing

Combine chicken, avocado, tomato, salt and pepper. Toss lightly. Spoon onto lettuce. Serve with dressing. Makes 4 servings, 307 calories per serving.
