4 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. canned unsweetened grapefruit or pineapple juice
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. (4 packets) Sweet'N Low
1 c. orange juice

In medium bowl, sprinkle Knox gelatin over grapefruit juice. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in Sweet'N Low and orange juice. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 5 - 6 dozen squares.
