CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar replacement, granulated
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked

In a mixing bowl, stir flour, sugar replacement and cocoa until well blended. With an electric mixer on low speed, beat in melted butter. Beat in eggs until thoroughly blended. Beat in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until filling is set.
