SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 qt. bag fish fillets
1 qt. bag shrimp
1/2 lb. crab meat, optional
2 onions, chopped
4 or 5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 or 5 ribs celery, chopped
1 egg
Italian bread crumbs

Saute onion, garlic, green pepper and celery in pot with 1/2 stick butter until tender. Add raw, peeled shrimp (cut up or whole). Stir and cook on low fire until shrimp is cooked. Add crab meat, if desired, and cook a few minutes more stirring to mix it together. Put this mixture in a bowl; add egg, creole seasoning to taste and Italian bread crumbs for a good consistency.

Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with fish fillets (sides and bottom). Fill with shrimp and crab mixture and top with a few pieces of fish fillets. Bake covered for 15 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes more at 350 degrees.
