SWISS QUICHE 
1 (9") unbaked deep dish pie crust
8 slices bacon, crisp & crumble
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
5 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
Nutmeg (topping)

Spread crumbled bacon and grated cheese in bottom of crust. Combine next 8 ingredients; mix well. Pour into crust. Sprinkle nutmeg generously on top.

Bake in 350 degree preheated oven 45 minutes. When brown and firm, cut into servings. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
