1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
2 pkg. cornbread muffin mix

Mix together muffin mix according to the package directions. Spread evenly in 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Bake until 3/4 of the way done. While muffin mix is baking, brown hamburger and drain and mix in taco seasoning according to instructions on package. Put hamburger mixture on top of muffin mix and cover with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
