TEX-MEX TURKEY BAKE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. onion
1 clove garlic
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 cornbread mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet saute turkey, onions and garlic until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in taco mix and tomatoes, reduce heat to simmer. Mix cornbread. Pour meat mixture into casserole dish. Top with cornbread. Bake until brown, about 20 minutes.
