SALTED NUT ROLL BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. soft butter
1 egg
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. peanut butter chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cocktail peanuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup butter and egg until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake 12 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 3 cups miniature marshmallows. Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows begin to puff. Cool. In a large pan, heat 2/3 cup corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, 12 ounces peanut butter chips and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups peanuts and 2 cups Rice Krispies. Spread over the marshmallows. Cover and chill. Take out before serving.
