2 c. flour
2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 sticks soft butter

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees, cool.

FIRST LAYER:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (2 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. whipped topping

Combine and spread on crust.

SECOND LAYER:

1 sm. box instant pudding mix
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding mix

Mix as directed on box and beat on low speed until thickened. Pour over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

Seal with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
