1 qt. sauerkraut, wash off in cold water
1 lb. hamburger
Grated cheese
3 tubes biscuits
Salt & pepper

Mix sauerkraut and cooked hamburger together. Set aside. Take 1 biscuit, press it down flat. Put meat mixture on and top with grated cheese. Fold up and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
