KENTUCKY CORN PUDDIN' | |
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 stick butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 eggs, beaten Mix all together and pour into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. |
