NANAIMO BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. walnuts
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
28 graham crackers rolled fine (2 c. crumbs)
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. sugar

Melt butter, sugar and vanilla; add beaten egg. Crush graham cracker crumbs. Add coconut and walnuts. Combine with melted butter. Press into a 9 x 9 inch pan. 3 tbsp. milk 3 tbsp. orange juice 2 tbsp. vanilla custard mix (instant) 3 c. powdered sugar 1/3 tsp. almond flavoring

Cream butter, mix custard with milk and orange juice. Combine with powdered sugar and spread over crumb mixture. Melt 4 squares unsweetened chocolate with 1 tablespoon of butter and pour over the top of this. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
