DUTCH APPLE PIE 
9" unbaked pie shell

Pour into pie shell:

3 c. sliced, pared apples

Stir together:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour

Combine, then mix with the above mixture:

1 egg, beaten
1 c. light cream

Pour over apples. Sprinkle with:

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dot with:

1 tbsp. butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until apples are tender.
