DIRTY RICE 
1 (12 oz.) box rice (white or brown)
2 onions
1/2 lb. chicken livers
1 pkg. gizzards
Salt and pepper to taste
2 bell peppers
4 ribs celery
1/4 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Boil livers and gizzards with onion and salt to taste until done. Drain off liquid and use a meat grinder/blender to grind meat up well.

Finely chop vegetables and saute. Add hamburger to vegetables and brown slightly. Add giblets to the ground meat mixture. Stir in cooked rice and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
