DIRTY RICE 
1 bell pepper
3 or 4 pieces celery
1 sm. bunch green onions (tops and all)
3 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1 1/2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
Dash garlic powder
Coarse ground pepper
Salt
3 cans Campbell Chicken broth, 3 cans water
1 can mushroom stems and pieces

Chop pepper, celery and green onions, add rice and brown in 4 tbsp. oil. While browning, add seasoning and fry until brown, stirring constantly. In a large pot, bring to a boil soup, water, mushrooms (2 1/2 cups liquid to 1 c. raw rice). Add rice mixture, cover tightly and cook on low heat about 20 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed.
