O'BRIEN POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

In large bowl, combine potatoes, 4 tablespoons butter, soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese. Place in pan. Mix corn flakes and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or in microwave on high for 12-15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
