SEAFOOD QUICHE 
9 or 10 inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can condensed clam chowder (New England)
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slices American cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pastry for 8 minutes (prick first). Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, parsley and pepper; pour 2/3 into pie shell. Add cheese slices. Add remaining chowder mix. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until done. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
